The staff I interacted with were friendly. Overall a small and easy airport to navigate/move through. I hear that there will be many upgrades coming over the next decade and expect that it will grow bigger as Nanaimo’s population is expected to grow quite significantly. For now, it seems as though the size is appropriate but I could see it being too small if it stays like this for long.
